Description

  • Own and scale the onsite and landing page performance engine across the full DTC funnel.
  • Improve add-to-cart rates and reduce checkout friction.
  • Optimize subscription conversion across the customer journey.
  • Design, build, and run A/B testing and experimentation programs.
  • Optimize landing pages, PDPs, and other key funnel touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Growth and Retention teams to maximize LTV/CAC.
  • Translate business metrics such as LTV, CAC, NCAC, RPV, and repeat behavior into a clear experimentation roadmap.
  • Define and maintain a multi-quarter testing roadmap aligned with Growth, Retention, Product, and Creative.
  • Communicate performance tradeoffs and priorities to leadership.
  • Pivot quickly based on data and changing business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CRO, ideally at a fast-paced eCommerce or DTC brand.
  • Strong data analysis and experimentation mindset.
  • Creative thinking with strong UX instincts.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology and buying behavior.
  • Ability to prioritize high-impact projects and move quickly.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative team-player approach.
  • Ability to translate business metrics into strategic action.
  • Ability to build sitewide experimentation strategy, not just landing page tests.
