Description

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of wallet and payment features.
  • Manage timelines and delivery across engineering, product, compliance, and external partners.
  • Break down complex fintech initiatives into clear execution plans.
  • Act as the bridge between engineering, product, compliance/risk, and banks or payment providers.
  • Align delivery with UAE regulatory expectations and readiness requirements.
  • Track dependencies related to KYC, AML, payment integrations, and wallet flows.
  • Ensure documentation, timelines, and delivery plans support regulatory reviews.
  • Identify blockers early and drive rapid resolution.
  • Manage multiple workstreams across wallet, payments, and integrations.
  • Bring structure to ambiguity and maintain momentum across teams.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience as a TPM, Program Manager, or Delivery Lead.
  • Prior experience working on fintech products such as wallets, payments, banking, or BNPL.
  • Strong understanding of backend-heavy systems and APIs.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
  • Experience working on fintech products in the UAE is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of UAE regulatory constraints, payment integrations, and banking ecosystems is strongly preferred.
  • Strong program management and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Clear communication skills, especially between technical and non-technical teams.
  • High-ownership mindset.
