Description

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose Atlassian-focused solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops tailored to client use cases.
  • Prepare and deliver RFPs, RFIs, and technical proposals aligned with customer requirements.
  • Design scalable, secure, and efficient Atlassian solutions for cloud and data center environments.
  • Guide solution architecture, implementation, automations, and integrations across the Atlassian platform.
  • Work with internal customers to assess Atlassian needs, promote best practices, and define solution architecture.
  • Implement Atlassian products as complete solutions for collaboration, tracking, agile project management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, and task management.
  • Provide on-site or remote customer support and handle escalations for Atlassian-related service delivery issues.
  • Collect functional and technical requirements from clients and write technical specifications.
  • Manage Atlassian solution implementations to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Jira administration experience in a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of Atlassian products and their enterprise applications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and integrating Atlassian tools into cloud environments.
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services.
  • Conceptual and practical understanding of ITIL and CI/CD.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Linux, web applications, and database servers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with understanding of milestones, deliverables, and SLAs.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies, especially Kanban and Scrum, is a big plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
