Description

  • Lead full-stack design and development of the logistics platform using Django REST Framework and React.js.
  • Architect scalable backend and frontend systems, including robust APIs and data workflows.
  • Own backend architecture and API design to ensure reliability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Build responsive dashboards with real-time data visualizations for operational and business use cases.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and code.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines, enforce code quality standards, and ensure smooth release processes.
  • Mentor and guide the engineering team, driving development practices and technical decisions.
  • Explore and adopt new technologies and approaches to improve system performance, scalability, and developer productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
  • Proficiency in Python and Django REST Framework.
  • Proficiency in React.js.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Strong knowledge of API design and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD and maintaining deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team mentoring experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
