Description

  • Design, develop, and deploy ML-powered applications using large language models to address wellbeing challenges.
  • Collaborate with psychological experts and convert interdisciplinary insights into computational frameworks.
  • Advance context engineering, agentic AI, and learning from human feedback.
  • Build scalable pipelines for data collection, labeling, training, and deployment of LLM-based systems.
  • Integrate ML systems into real-world applications with measurable outcomes.
  • Communicate research findings and technical results to a multidisciplinary audience.

Requirements

  • Master’s level (or above) experience in computer science, machine learning, or AI is preferred, though this may be relaxed for exceptional candidates.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  • Proven experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production environments.
  • Experience with PyTorch, vLLM, and LangGraph.
  • Proficiency in Python and tools for ML development, large-scale data pipelines, pre-processing, and standard evaluation protocols.
  • Experience with reinforcement learning from human feedback and supervised fine-tuning.
  • Publication record at top ML/NLP venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, or EMNLP is a bonus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think independently and work collaboratively.
  • Previous startup experience is a plus.
