Description

  • Develop and deploy AI/ML solutions for target discovery, translational research, biomarker identification, and scientific decision-making.
  • Partner with scientists and cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and advanced analytics.
  • Apply machine learning techniques including predictive modeling, deep learning, generative AI, and large language models.
  • Build and maintain analytical workflows for complex biological and multimodal datasets.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering teams to deploy scalable tools and computational workflows.
  • Promote best practices in reproducibility, model validation, data governance, and AI adoption.
  • Mentor colleagues and help expand AI literacy and computational capabilities across the organization.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies and recommend practical applications that create scientific value.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Machine Learning, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience, including post-doc experience, applying AI, machine learning, or computational methods in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, or life sciences.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with modern machine learning frameworks.
  • Experience working with biological, biomedical, or other complex scientific datasets.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing environments and scalable computational workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across scientific and technical disciplines.
  • Experience supporting drug discovery, genomics, proteomics, biomarker development, generative AI, large language models, knowledge management systems, or AI-enabled research platforms (preferred).
