Description

  • Mentor and support agents to drive daily and weekly production targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Lead by example through personal production and high-quality client service.
  • Assist with virtual onboarding and training sessions for new agents.
  • Maintain consistent, motivational communication across the team.
  • Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to develop agents’ skills and accountability.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership potential and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with proficiency in virtual/remote interactions.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy based on results.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Sales, customer service, or prior leadership experience is a plus.
  • Degree welcomed but not required — demonstrated performance and initiative are prioritized.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, results-driven, and comfortable presenting/building rapport virtually.
  • Eligible to work remotely in most U.S. states (role is not open to residents of NY, MN, or CA).
