Description

  • Architect, design, and develop native iOS applications for First Due’s emergency response platform.
  • Design and implement offline-first architectures for low-connectivity emergency environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across US and India time zones.
  • Establish and maintain mobile CI/CD pipelines, coding standards, code review practices, and QA processes.
  • Mentor developers on mobile best practices and the company’s technology stack.
  • Drive sprint planning, technical estimation, velocity tracking, and the mobile technology roadmap.
  • Work with product management to understand customer requirements and deliver independently.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS application development using Swift.
  • Experience with Android development, including Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, or Android architecture components, preferred.
  • Experience delivering mobile applications to both iOS and Android from shared code.
  • Proven experience building mission-critical, offline-first mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs, data synchronization, and secure authentication mechanisms.
  • Strong debugging, performance optimization, and memory management skills.
  • Experience using Luciq or Firebase to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Technical experience with Swift 5.x, SwiftUI, UIKit, CoreData, CoreLocation, and Background Tasks.
  • Experience with Xcode, Git, Figma, TestFlight, Fastlane, GitHub Actions, XCTest, and automated UI testing frameworks.
