Description

  • Own the entire enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through demo, solution design, negotiation, close, and account expansion.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across enterprise accounts and multiple industries.
  • Evangelize Firework’s SaaS solutions to large brands and retailers and tailor value propositions to complex customer needs.
  • Build, grow, and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers to meet assigned revenue goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and customized proposals for executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Integration Solutions to align go-to-market strategies and ensure successful integrations and customer experiences.
  • Work cross-functionally to set priorities and make strategic decisions for enterprise pursuit and territory management.
  • Partner with leadership to refine sales processes, playbooks, and frameworks to scale go-to-market efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of acquiring new business and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive experience with outbound prospecting, cultivating a territory, and building and closing a robust pipeline of high-value and complex deals.
  • Mastery of solution-based selling, complex sales methodologies, and consultative approaches.
  • Proven ability to lead and navigate multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles involving multiple personas and decision paths.
  • Ability to create, replicate, and scale sales playbooks to influence stakeholders and drive results.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills to technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Experience with sales tools and tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change in a high-growth organization.
  • Start-up mentality: team-oriented, resilient, empathetic, and no ego.
  • Candidates should be based in Mumbai, India for remote eligibility.
