Description

  • Design and build Android features for company accounts, cash-flow management, banking transactions, payments, card management, and AI-powered accounting.
  • Create reliable, intuitive Android solutions and polished responsive user interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
  • Own end-to-end feature delivery within a cross-functional team spanning Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product.
  • Drive architecture and technical decisions within the domain, challenge assumptions, and identify product and engineering improvements.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, stability, automated testing, and code reviews.
  • Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and mobile engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial Android development experience and strong Kotlin knowledge; Java knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with presentation patterns including MVI, MVVM, and MVP.
  • Experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flow.
  • Experience with dependency-injection frameworks such as Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin.
  • Experience with Retrofit, Cicerone or Jetpack Navigation Component, and Jetpack Compose.
  • Practical Firebase experience, including FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
  • Production experience with feature-module architecture and Git/GitLab, including GitLab CI/CD.
  • Clear English communication skills and a product-focused, collaborative mindset.
  • Fintech experience, mobile security knowledge, Android performance optimization, published Google Play apps, AI development tools, and AI security awareness are preferred.
