Description

  • Design and build Android features for cash-flow management, banking transactions, card controls, and AI-powered accounting.
  • Architect reliable, intuitive mobile solutions and shape technical decisions within the domain.
  • Build polished, responsive user interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
  • Own code quality, performance, stability, automated testing, and thorough code reviews.
  • Collaborate with Backend, Mobile, ML/AI, QA, Design, and Product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
  • Proactively challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve product and technical solutions.
  • Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines, development tooling, and mobile engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial Android development experience and strong Kotlin knowledge.
  • Knowledge of Java is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with MVI, MVVM, and MVP presentation patterns.
  • Experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flow.
  • Experience with dependency injection tools such as Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin; Retrofit; and Cicerone or Jetpack Navigation Component.
  • Experience building modern Android UIs with Jetpack Compose and using Firebase services including FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
  • Production experience with feature-module architecture and Git/GitLab, including maintaining GitLab CI/CD.
  • Clear English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred: fintech or financial-product experience, mobile security knowledge, Android UI performance optimization, and performance tools such as Android Profiler, Perfetto, or Baseline Profiles.
  • Preferred: experience with AI agents, LLM tools, AI-powered IDEs, AI-output evaluation, and AI security risks.
