Description

  • Design and build Android features for company accounts, cash flow management, payments, card management, and AI-powered accounting.
  • Architect reliable, intuitive mobile solutions for business owners across Europe.
  • Build polished, responsive user interfaces with Jetpack Compose.
  • Own code quality, performance, stability, automated testing, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with Backend, QA, Design, Product, and ML/AI teams to shape end-to-end solutions.
  • Drive technical and architectural decisions within the domain and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards across the team.
  • Contribute to GitLab CI/CD pipelines, developer tooling, and mobile engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial Android development experience.
  • Strong Kotlin knowledge; Java knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Clean Architecture.
  • Experience with MVI, MVVM, and MVP presentation patterns.
  • Experience with RxJava, Kotlin Coroutines, and Flow.
  • Experience with dependency injection tools such as Dagger 2, Hilt, or Koin; Retrofit; and Cicerone or Jetpack Navigation Component.
  • Hands-on experience building modern UIs with Jetpack Compose and using Firebase services including FCM, Analytics, and Crashlytics.
  • Experience with production feature-module architecture, Git/GitLab, and maintaining GitLab CI/CD.
  • Clear English communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fintech experience, mobile security knowledge, Android performance optimization, Google Play publications, AI development tools, and AI security awareness are preferred.
