Description

  • Partner with Treasury, Reconciliation, and Accounting teams to understand processes, priorities, and data needs.
  • Build trusted treasury data products for positions, cash flows, and liquidity.
  • Scale reconciliation data workflows to systematically manage matching, breaks, and exceptions.
  • Support Accounting with data, controls, and integrations for close and day-to-day operations.
  • Support corporate finance and investor reporting through shared data models and definitions.
  • Design and evolve Finance data models, entities, and metrics with testing, lineage, and documentation.
  • Set Finance data standards and quality checks, and integrate Finance systems end to end.
  • Introduce automation and agents that eliminate recurring manual Finance work.
  • Identify process improvements and prioritize data work based on business cost and value.
  • Own the data roadmap for treasury, reconciliation, and accounting as the role develops.

Requirements

  • Experience working in or closely with Finance, particularly treasury, reconciliation, accounting, or FP&A.
  • Understanding of financial close, cash and liquidity management, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Expert SQL skills and strong dimensional or semantic data modeling experience.
  • Experience building metrics and data products used by other teams.
  • Experience with ETL and data warehouses or lakehouses, including end-to-end source onboarding.
  • Ability to balance speed and accuracy, prioritizing precision when necessary.
  • Consultative approach to understanding business processes, proposing solutions, and articulating business value.
  • Experience with Databricks and Unity Catalog (preferred).
  • Experience integrating ERP, accounting, banking, or treasury systems (preferred).
  • Experience with finance workflow automation or agents, CI/CD, orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, or fintech, banking, or payments (preferred).
