Description

  • Shape the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across sales, demand, supply, and inventory planning.
  • Assess current planning practices with business stakeholders and define requirements, KPIs, and reporting priorities.
  • Translate S&OP requirements into analytical data models and Power BI dashboards.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 and other business-system data into Microsoft Fabric.
  • Align analytics solutions with business processes and data structures introduced through the Dynamics 365 migration.
  • Validate data and analytical outputs with business users, resolve discrepancies, and support adoption during S&OP reviews.
  • Design and develop analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
  • Develop and optimize data-processing solutions using Spark and SQL.
  • Contribute to Lakehouse and data warehouse architecture using Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medallion layers.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience implementing or improving S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with demand and supply planning, inventory management, and sales-and-operations alignment.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Experience analyzing and modeling Dynamics 365 data.
  • Strong knowledge of Spark and SQL.
  • Understanding of Lakehouse architecture, data warehouse concepts, and data modeling.
  • Experience with Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, and Gold).
  • EU citizenship, preferably Lithuanian.
  • English proficiency at B2+ level.
  • Availability to start ASAP for a six-month engagement in the EU.
