Description

  • Design, build, and maintain automated employee provisioning, deprovisioning, and access-lifecycle workflows.
  • Integrate HiBob, JumpCloud, Tequipy, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS systems using REST APIs, SCIM, webhooks, and n8n.
  • Configure and troubleshoot SSO, SCIM, and SAML integrations in JumpCloud.
  • Build automation supporting security and compliance controls, including least-privilege access and local-admin removal.
  • Administer and optimize Jira Service Management, the Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Notion.
  • Develop and test JumpCloud MDM policies, profiles, and scripts for zero-touch Windows and macOS deployments.
  • Monitor system performance, logs, and SaaS usage; implement cost-saving measures such as license reclamation.
  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, automation flows, and API integrations.
  • Lead small technical projects from requirements through delivery and provide technical guidance to the team.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/DevOps engineering across Windows and macOS environments.
  • Experience with IAM and an identity provider such as JumpCloud, including SSO, SCIM, SAML, provisioning, and authentication troubleshooting.
  • Experience with MDM/UEM tools such as JumpCloud MDM, Intune, or Jamf, including zero-touch deployment, endpoint profiles, and scripting.
  • Strong scripting ability with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
  • Ability to integrate systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and SCIM; experience with n8n or a comparable automation/iPaaS platform.
  • Experience administering Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 and ITSM tools, ideally Jira Service Management.
  • Clear English communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Advanced use of AI tools for troubleshooting, automation development, and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, SOC 2, and SaaS governance tooling (preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS-driven automation such as HiBob, hardware lifecycle tools such as Tequipy, high-growth infrastructure environments, or ITIL 4 Foundation and JumpCloud Core certification (preferred).
