Description

  • Assist with endpoint deployment and lifecycle management.
  • Support Active Directory and identity administration activities.
  • Participate in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and cloud migration efforts.
  • Support endpoint security and compliance initiatives.
  • Develop operational dashboards and reporting.
  • Assist with asset and configuration management.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Support automation initiatives using PowerShell and Power Platform.
  • Document technical procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, CIS, or a related field.
  • Understanding of operating systems and networking fundamentals.
  • Interest in infrastructure and cloud technologies.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Desire to learn enterprise technology operations.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Intune, PowerShell, SharePoint, networking infrastructure, or endpoint management platforms is preferred.
