Description

  • Process and assign fines, traffic tickets, missing vehicle documents, and OEM recall actions in the system.
  • Review and handle incoming authority requests independently, prioritizing them by urgency and deadlines.
  • Manage customer complaints and inquiries about traffic violations and documents in a service-oriented way.
  • Keep backlog levels low through organized work and continuous ticket screening.
  • Document all cases accurately in internal systems to maintain a complete history and high data quality.
  • Work closely with the broader operations and fleet team to identify recurring issues and streamline processes.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training with a focus on automotive fields or office management, such as automotive sales, insurance, or administrative roles, or relevant professional experience with regular contact with authorities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple cases in parallel efficiently.
  • Structured, independent, and careful working style.
  • High level of self-organization and independence in a remote or office-based setup.
  • Excellent German communication skills at C1–C2 level for professional correspondence with authorities.
  • Preferred: initial practical experience in fine processing, such as parking or speeding violations.
  • Preferred: experience in an automotive context, such as a car dealership, car rental company, or traffic enforcement.
  • Preferred: good English skills at B1–B2 level for internal communication in an international environment.
  • Preferred: prior experience working fully remotely from home.
