Description

  • Define, validate, and deliver new product capabilities from concept through launch.
  • Partner with engineering to build and ship agent-first workflows for compliance automation and product security.
  • Use AI hands-on to research, spec, and prototype new features.
  • Provide go-to-market support and drive customer adoption of new capabilities.
  • Work directly with customers in regulated industries to understand compliance challenges and validate solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering, go-to-market, and services teams to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and market-aligned.
  • Guide product strategy by tracking trends in AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
  • Own the delivery of capabilities that help customers meet Cyber Resilience Act and other regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience focused on AI, security, and compliance in enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Experience working in or with startups and delivering AI-driven products to market.
  • Deep understanding of compliance solutions and reporting.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to manage complex product details in a hands-on way.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Canada and authorized to work without sponsorship.
  • Experience serving customers in automotive, high tech, medical devices, or critical infrastructure environments is preferred.
  • Background in agentic AI or agent-first workflow design is preferred.

  • Competitive base salary of $212,000-$258,000 for Tier 1 locations or $169,000-$206,000 for Tier 2 locations.
