Description

  • Translate product roadmaps into integrated program plans, milestones, release schedules, decision points, and ownership.
  • Manage execution of the Internal AI Tooling roadmap across technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Create and operate an intake and routing process covering business outcomes, delivery paths, risks, and accountability.
  • Establish planning cadences, program reviews, dependency reviews, decision forums, release-readiness reviews, and stakeholder updates.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions, driving resolution or escalation of blockers.
  • Coordinate security, legal, procurement, data, vendor, and business-system workstreams.
  • Ensure releases include acceptance criteria, operational ownership, support processes, runbooks, escalation paths, and feedback loops.
  • Define measurable outcomes and report on delivery health, adoption readiness, operational performance, and impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical program management or technical delivery experience in cloud, SaaS, enterprise technology, or internal tools.
  • Experience leading complex programs across Product, Engineering, Security, Legal, Data, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Track record translating roadmaps into plans, milestones, dependencies, decision points, release schedules, and measurable outcomes.
  • Technical fluency with enterprise systems, APIs, integrations, data flows, platform dependencies, identity and access, and software delivery lifecycles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, including the ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Experience delivering internal AI tooling, platform, or product programs in a rapidly evolving technology environment (preferred).
  • Experience with responsible AI, model governance, security, privacy, compliance, or AI risk management (preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS, middleware, automation, identity and data platforms, vendor evaluation, or procurement (preferred).
  • Experience with change management, enablement, enterprise adoption, Product Operations, or building program-management practices (preferred).

  • Annual base salary range of $169,000–$245,000 USD.
