Description

  • Own and drive the company-wide AI strategy, roadmap, and governance framework.
  • Define the multi-year vision for AI adoption across service delivery, business development, and operations.
  • Prioritize AI initiatives based on revenue, margin, and competitive differentiation outcomes.
  • Report AI transformation progress to the CEO and own the AI KPI scorecard.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop AI-enabled service offerings and productized deliverables.
  • Partner with engineering discipline leads to embed AI tooling into delivery workflows.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across engineering, operations, and business development teams.
  • Design and execute change management programs including enablement, training, and accountability.
  • Partner with IT to define data architecture, governance, quality standards, and AI-ready infrastructure.
  • Lead the buildout of the AI organization, including hiring, vendor management, and operating model design.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in technology leadership, including 3+ years in a senior AI/ML leadership role.
  • Proven experience driving AI adoption inside a services or professional services organization.
  • Hands-on expertise in data architecture, data governance, and ML pipeline development.
  • Experience building AI-enabled products or productized service offerings from ideation through commercialization.
  • Strong record of executing strategic roadmaps under ambiguity with measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at both board level and day-to-day engineering level.
  • Background in engineering services, EDA, semiconductor, or adjacent deep-tech industries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with safety-critical or regulated engineering environments such as aerospace and defense, medical, or automotive is preferred.
  • Experience working with ITAR or export-controlled data environments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic AI frameworks, or AI applied to CAD/EDA and hardware design workflows is preferred.
