Description

Define and execute the Americas logistics and warehousing strategy in alignment with the global supply chain vision.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of logistics managers, warehouse supervisors, and operations analysts.
Oversee daily distribution center operations, including receiving, inventory management, pick/pack/ship, and returns processing.
Drive performance across key warehouse and fulfillment KPIs, including accuracy, productivity, cycle time, and turnover.
Lead facility rationalization, relocation, expansion, and new distribution center projects as needed.
Negotiate and manage parcel, LTL, FTL, and international freight carrier relationships.
Design and optimize transportation lanes, last-mile delivery, and freight audit, compliance, and claims processes.
Own end-to-end import operations and ensure compliance with customs, trade, and import/export regulations.
Partner with global supply regions to improve outbound logistics capabilities and share best practices.
Own the Americas logistics P&L and build reporting frameworks, dashboards, and cost reduction initiatives.

Requirements

15+ years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or warehousing leadership experience.
5+ years in a VP-level or equivalent senior executive role.
Proven experience managing multi-site distribution center networks at scale.
Expertise with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems.
Experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment environments.
Strong financial acumen with P&L ownership experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple geographies.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently, approximately 25–40%, across the United States and Mexico.
MBA or advanced degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
APICS CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent certification (preferred).
Experience with high-SKU-count catalog businesses, including 100K+ active SKUs (preferred).
Familiarity with configure-to-order or just-in-time business models (preferred).
Deep experience in international trade compliance, import operations, and customs management across multiple origin countries (preferred).
Experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in logistics or supply chain operations (preferred).
Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent process improvement credentials (preferred).
Experience deploying automation, robotics, or goods-to-person systems (preferred).

Benefits

Base salary of $200,000–$255,000 per year, depending on experience.
Variable compensation potential of $30,000–$55,000.
