Description

  • Own the product strategy and integrated roadmap across multiple product domains.
  • Translate company strategy and commercial priorities into a sequenced domain roadmap with clear goals and business rationale.
  • Build a domain-level view of the competitive landscape, customer needs, operational constraints, and technology capabilities.
  • Identify and resolve cross-domain dependencies and tradeoffs across product areas.
  • Develop business cases for major investments and secure alignment with senior stakeholders.
  • Lead, develop, and manage a multi-layered product management organization.
  • Coach product managers on discovery, prioritization, scoping, stakeholder alignment, launch readiness, and outcome measurement.
  • Create a collaborative, accountable team culture with strong ownership and execution discipline.
  • Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership.
  • Represent the product domain in senior leadership and executive forums.
  • Ensure rigorous execution through clear requirements, scope management, risk identification, and cross-functional launch coordination.
  • Establish and track input and output metrics to evaluate impact and guide prioritization.
  • Travel approximately 15% annually for collaboration, research, partner visits, and industry engagement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 4 years leading and managing a multi-layered PM organization with both individual contributors and people managers.
  • Demonstrated success leading product strategy and execution for a large-catalog B2B or B2C e-commerce platform.
  • Experience with catalog scale in the hundreds of thousands to millions of SKUs.
  • Experience with search and navigation, pricing display, and transactional workflows.
  • Track record of building integrated roadmaps across multiple teams or product areas.
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and grow product managers into more senior contributors.
  • Experience building and securing senior leadership alignment on strategy, business cases, and investment prioritization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineering, Design, Operations, and commercial functions.
  • Experience using customer insights, operational data, and business metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strategic thinking that synthesizes business goals, customer insights, operational realities, and technology constraints.
  • Strong analytical, communication, influence, and results-oriented leadership skills.
  • Comfort navigating deeply interdependent systems and large-scale catalog, transactional, and operational platforms.
  • Active and advancing AI practice, including use of AI tools for discovery, synthesis, prototyping, and decision-making.
  • Working understanding of how AI is reshaping product management and team development.
  • Preferred experience in new hardware product development, factory automation, or mechanical/industrial engineering.
  • Preferred background in industrial parts supply, distribution, or manufacturing supply chain.
  • Preferred experience with complex configurability requirements such as parametric search, attribute-based filtering, or custom order logic.
  • Preferred familiarity with ERP integrations, OMS, and WMS.
