Description

  • Own the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services to drive growth, margin expansion, and customer loyalty.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets.
  • Develop service-based revenue streams that complement core product sales.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to position MRO and PD offerings in the market.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.
  • Serve as executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts.
  • Translate customer feedback and market insights into service improvements and new service concepts.
  • Strengthen relationships with OEMs, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Lead teams across MRO and PD functions to deliver reliable and innovative service solutions.
  • Implement scalable processes for service delivery, project execution, and lifecycle support.
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital enablement to improve quality, responsiveness, and uptime.
  • Build, mentor, and empower a results-driven organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology environments.
  • Proven success in growing service-based revenue and owning P&L responsibility.
  • Deep understanding of MRO operations, product development services, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in pricing, forecasting, and business modeling.
  • Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience in tracking MRO and PD service revenue growth and profitability metrics.
  • Experience measuring customer retention and satisfaction scores.
  • Experience improving cross-sell and attach rates of services to core product sales.
  • Experience driving operational efficiency and project delivery timelines.
  • Experience improving employee engagement and leadership effectiveness.
