Description

  • Own the definition, prioritization, and execution of features across payments and marketing product areas.
  • Write clear, detailed product requirements and user stories aligned to product vision and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering to inform product improvements.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design as the primary product contact, including daily scrum participation and requirement clarification.
  • Collaborate with Design/UX to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences.
  • Support go-to-market activities by coordinating feature readiness, internal training, and launch materials.
  • Track and analyze feature KPIs and use performance data to guide post-launch optimization and iteration.
  • Work with legal and engineering to ensure payment flows and marketing communications meet compliance requirements.
  • Communicate feature status, trade-offs, and delivery timelines to cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or design-related field.
  • 4-5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or scaling environment.
  • Experience managing features through the full product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Ability to engage with engineering teams on technical trade-offs and complexity.
  • Experience with user research, customer problem discovery, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in defining product metrics, analyzing data, and using insights to drive decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred experience with email platforms such as SendGrid, Pardot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
  • Preferred familiarity with payment processing, checkout optimization, or payment gateway integrations such as Braintree, Shift4, Stripe, or Apple/Google Pay.
  • Preferred familiarity with tax and settlement systems such as Avalara, Vertex, or TaxJar.
  • Preferred understanding of compliance considerations including PCI-DSS, FTC regulations, and accessibility standards.
  • Preferred experience with attribution systems or marketing analytics tools such as GA4, Heap, or Amplitude.
  • Preferred background in ticketing, live events, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms.
  • Preferred experience using AI to improve productivity across requirements, design, development, and implementation.
