Manager, Partner Experience & Onboarding - 1430

Description

• Own market-specific sourcing strategy, recruitment channels, and partner acquisition spend.
• Manage funnel performance, including application volume, conversion rates, recruitment costs, activation costs, and time to first block.
• Maintain network-wide partner fill rates and coordinate with Operations when market coverage is at risk.
• Optimize onboarding and recruitment workflows, screening requirements, and multichannel communications.
• Improve the end-to-end partner experience across application, first block, pay transparency, in-app tools, and support.
• Identify root causes of fill and retention issues and develop recovery plans with Operations leadership.
• Create feedback loops to evaluate partner experience and communicate findings to leadership.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for conversion, fill, and retention problems and implement durable solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop the specialists reporting to this role.
