Description

  • Design and implement efficient, scalable machine learning pipelines across multiple insurance use cases.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a technical lead for junior team members.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to improve team performance and technical knowledge.
  • Ensure production-grade deployment standards with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, and compliance with insurance data handling policies.
  • Build reusable, modular infrastructure components and CI/CD pipelines for ML and LLM workloads.
  • Enable rapid experimentation and smooth transitions from research to production.
  • Champion observability, testing, and monitoring best practices for ML systems.
  • Establish standards for model and data drift detection, logging, and automated rollback strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role.
  • At least 2 years of strong focus on LLM models.
  • Expertise designing scalable and robust machine learning pipelines for classical ML and LLM applications.
  • Experience automating and monitoring ML workflows to maintain consistent production performance.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms for deploying models and managing cloud resources.
  • Experience using APIs for data intake, storage, and processing.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
