Description

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for an AI-first squad delivering AI-powered solutions.
  • Identify, validate, and prioritise customer problems using research, interviews, and data-driven insights.
  • Translate product vision into clear requirements, delivery plans, and measurable success metrics.
  • Work closely with engineering, data science, design, and commercial teams to deliver products end to end.
  • Champion AI-first ways of working and influence stakeholders to drive AI adoption across the business.
  • Commercialise AI products in a B2B environment to create measurable customer and business value.
  • Lead a pod from a clean sheet, setting direction and shipping at pace on real customer problems.
  • Pilot and help define the future operating model for the wider product organisation.
  • Engage with customers as needed, including occasional travel primarily to London.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and launching AI-driven products end to end, including go-to-market strategy and execution.
  • Strong experience in B2B product management, including commercialising new solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, agile squads or start-up-like environments.
  • Strong ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into impactful product outcomes.
  • Strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience leading product work in an AI-first or transformation setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel required to meet customers, primarily in London.
  • Experience with financial services, investment, or data products is not explicitly required but may be beneficial.
