Description

  • Support clinical operations activities for pharmaceutical clinical trials at a sponsor company.
  • Read, interpret, and apply complex clinical trial protocols and study designs.
  • Contribute to oncology study execution and related trial oversight.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver on team goals with a sense of shared urgency.
  • Use clinical trial technologies and systems such as EDC, IRT, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent, and TMF.
  • Triage issues and help resolve escalations in a timely manner.
  • Operate independently or collaboratively while adapting to changing priorities.
  • Maintain strong organization, professionalism, and positive stakeholder communication.
  • Travel to customer sites when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a physical science, life science, or statistics discipline.
  • 5–7+ years of Clinical Operations experience at a sponsor company in pharmaceutical clinical trials preferred.
  • Experience as a Clinical Research Associate is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes.
  • Ability to read and comprehend complex clinical trial protocols and designs.
  • Oncology study experience.
  • Experience with clinical trial technologies such as EDC, IRT, CTMS, ePRO, eCOA, eConsent, and TMF.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and information governance frameworks such as ICH, GCP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Open to candidates located only in New York, Massachusetts, North Carolina, or Connecticut.
  • Some travel may be required to customer sites.
  • Strong organizational, motivational, leadership, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a group setting and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay range of $50 to $55 per hour.
  • Scheduled for 40 hours per week during business hours.
  • Contract role through approximately May 30, 2027, with possibility of extension.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Pay may vary based on work location, skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
