Description

  • Build and own the new business strategy from target identification through contract close.
  • Develop a systematic lead generation approach that produces a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Open new brand relationships and deepen existing relationships with prospective and current partners.
  • Identify key decision-makers, build trust over time, and earn the right to pitch.
  • Lead pitches from initial brief through final presentation, including team assembly, narrative development, and commercial negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
  • Work closely with marketing to align outbound and inbound growth efforts.
  • Continuously improve the tools, processes, and playbooks that support the growth function.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the US or Canada.
  • 10 or more years of new business development experience, ideally at a digital product, design, or technology agency.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise brands.
  • Strong fluency in digital products and emerging technology to speak credibly with senior buyers.
  • Extensive network with a relationship- and trust-first approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action.
  • Ability to travel at least 30% of the time.
