Description

  • Review large volumes of agreements efficiently and accurately, with a focus on complex financial services documents.
  • Negotiate end-to-end ISDA, CSA, Repo, and Loan-linked ISDA agreements.
  • Handle client-facing deliverables to a high standard of quality.
  • Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
  • Proactively manage execution status, critical path dependencies, and contingencies.
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are understood and managed throughout delivery.
  • Oversee adherence to Factor methodologies and quality assurance processes.
  • Lead and train contract review teams and implement best practices.
  • Communicate with clients in a professional, warm, and effective manner.
  • Contribute to Factor’s proprietary intellectual property in managed contract services.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Independent experience drafting and negotiating end-to-end ISDA, CSA, and Repo agreements.
  • Experience with Loan-linked ISDA is required.
  • Client-facing experience within a professional services firm with a strong focus on client needs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong time management, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in both individual and collaborative team environments.
  • High-impact communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel; MS Project experience is highly advantageous.
  • Prime Brokerage experience is desirable.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country where the role is located.
