Description

  • Analyze and understand client business requirements for collections management and portfolio segmentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
  • Support clients during SIT and UAT phases with guidance, training, and documentation.
  • Translate product capabilities into measurable business impact for clients.
  • Adapt and deliver presentations for executives and end users, emphasizing relevant business benefits.
  • Contribute to the delivery of software solutions within the Financial Suite (EFS) team.
  • Ensure clients achieve full system ownership through effective adoption support.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business, ICT, or a related technical field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or software application consulting.
  • Experience in the Banking or Finance industry.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical/software specifications.
  • Strong system configuration skills aligned with best practices and client objectives.
  • Advanced experience creating BRDs, FRSs, process flows, training materials, and user manuals.
  • Excellent client-facing skills, including training users, facilitating workshops, and guiding adoption.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • French language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually under normal conditions.
