Description

  • Define and execute the field marketing strategy for assigned segment(s) aligned with corporate objectives, marketing goals, and sales targets.
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of field marketing tactics, including virtual and in-person events, targeted demand generation, and account-based campaigns.
  • Design repeatable, scalable programs and processes that generate predictable pipeline growth and improve conversion rates.
  • Use ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics to build and refine field marketing strategy and optimize program performance.
  • Deliver measurable pipeline targets with full accountability for conversion across segments, target accounts, and verticals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Channel, BDR, Corporate Marketing, Marketing Services, Integrated Campaigns, and Digital to ensure alignment and drive pipeline impact.
  • Work with product marketing and creative teams to develop value proposition messaging, inform content strategy, and customize assets to support the sales motion.
  • Create and execute joint go-to-market partner campaigns to support pipeline generation goals.
  • Support regional direct/channel strategy and broader growth marketing initiatives for the Americas region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • 7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies with direct pipeline accountability and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B environments.
  • Proven ability to create innovative programs beyond traditional events, including digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using Salesforce, HubSpot, and other analytics platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnership skills with sales leaders, with the ability to communicate around pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong program management/operational rigor.
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 20%–25%.
