Description

  • Support the planning and execution of corporate events, customer engagements, and Executive Briefing Center programs.
  • Manage event timelines, calendars, agendas, and key deliverables.
  • Coordinate customers, speakers, internal teams, and other event stakeholders.
  • Track attendance, feedback, results, and other event performance metrics.
  • Track event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and reconciliations.
  • Coordinate logistics including food and beverage, transportation, signage, shipping, and venue requirements.
  • Source and manage vendors, including quotes, negotiations, timelines, deliverables, and fulfillment quality.
  • Manage Company Store operations, including orders, billing, inventory, tracking, and vendor coordination.
  • Assist with event presentations, communications, surveys, agendas, promotional materials, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in event management, event coordination, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting corporate or customer events.
  • Strong organization, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Technology industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating vendors and event logistics is preferred.

  • Market-competitive base salary of $65,000–$90,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
