Description

  • Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous business questions to influence and implement revenue-driving initiatives and recommendations.
  • Own and identify new strategies to maximize revenue and improve client acquisition across the revenue waterfall.
  • Develop and improve quantitative analysis methods such as simulation models, A/B testing, and causal impact analysis.
  • Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Own, refine, and improve existing data pipelines to support analytics and uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Define data structures and leverage advanced tracking methodologies to surface growth opportunities.
  • Set the standard for analytical thinking and excellence on the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting with a strong focus on translating business problems into data-driven impact.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share insights with audiences of all backgrounds.
  • Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub.
  • Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Intellectually curious and able to think beyond the revenue organization to prioritize what is best for the business holistically.
  • Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player.
  • Candidates must be located within the continental United States.

  • Expected base salary of $125,000 to $135,000 per year.
