Description

Lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous business questions to influence and implement revenue-driving initiatives and recommendations.
Own and identify new strategies to maximize revenue and improve client acquisition across the revenue waterfall.
Develop and improve quantitative analysis methods such as simulation models, A/B testing, and causal impact analysis.
Present analytical insights and strategic recommendations to leadership on a regular basis.
Own, refine, and improve existing data pipelines to support analytics and uncover revenue opportunities.
Define data structures and leverage advanced tracking methodologies to surface growth opportunities.
Set the standard for analytical thinking and excellence on the team.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting with a strong focus on translating business problems into data-driven impact.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share insights with audiences of all backgrounds.
Expert knowledge of SQL, Python, A/B testing, and GitHub.
Advanced degree in data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
Intellectually curious and able to think beyond the revenue organization to prioritize what is best for the business holistically.
Empathetic, humble, and collaborative team player.
Candidates must be located within the continental United States.

Benefits

Expected base salary of $125,000 to $135,000 per year.
