Description

  • Provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions.
  • Independently draft and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and complex matters.
  • Advise cross-functionally across revenue, marketing, People/HR, programs, finance, engineering, and product teams.
  • Build and scale the legal function.
  • Support public company readiness.
  • Assist with planning and preparation for board and committee meetings.
  • Oversee global corporate administration, including compliance with international, federal, and state laws.
  • Maintain foreign and domestic entities and support executive compensation and stock administration.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree from an A.B.A.-accredited law school.
  • Admission to and good standing with a state bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience at a top law firm.
  • Previous in-house experience preferred.
  • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, prioritization, critical thinking, and judgment skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally on new and unfamiliar projects.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond and maintain high standards.
  • No immigration-related sponsorship provided for this role.
