Description

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain corporate applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
  • Act primarily on the backend while supporting full stack work when needed.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs, services, and system integrations.
  • Produce technical documentation covering workflows, data structures, and architectural decisions.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and propose solutions aligned with the financial industry context.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications and databases.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in planning sessions, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.
  • Work hands-on with strong ownership and a delivery focus.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core.
  • Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and services.
  • Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Git and version control best practices.
  • Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
  • Strong experience with SQL Server.
  • Experience with relational data modeling, stored procedure development and maintenance, query optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Experience handling large data volumes.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for full stack support.
  • Experience with system integrations and service consumption.
  • Experience working in enterprise and mission-critical environments.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry, including banking systems, financial platforms, or capital markets environments.
  • Understanding of financial sector operations such as financial products and processes, trading, settlement, custody, or related operations.
  • Experience in large-scale Microsoft-based enterprise environments (nice to have).
  • Experience in high-availability or high-transaction systems (nice to have).
  • English for communication with international teams (nice to have).
