Description

  • Identify and resolve operational issues in line with agreed standards and seek AI-driven improvements.
  • Support DNS and WAF activities, including reviewing and adjusting Cloudflare configurations, DNS records, WAF rules, and related security or traffic management settings.
  • Work with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and GitHub Enterprise.
  • Use AI assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude to improve productivity and quality.
  • Adopt an AI-first mindset and integrate AI into daily workflows to drive automation across network operations and infrastructure management.
  • Own network infrastructure lifecycle activities, including design, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
  • Ensure clear reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of processes and deployments.
  • Collaborate with the client and internal teams to support modern DevOps and infrastructure practices.

Requirements

  • Senior DevOps engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Terraform and cloud platforms, especially Azure and AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure CSP and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong DNS and networking fundamentals.
  • Automation and scripting experience in Python, Bash, and PowerShell.
  • Proven ownership of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Comfort working in multi-cloud and WAF/edge environments.
  • Experience with Cloudflare or external DNS providers, policy-as-code/governance frameworks, and multi-provider resilience patterns.
  • Exposure to observability and identity-driven or zero trust concepts.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude, with a proactive mindset toward adopting AI.
  • Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities.
  • Strong aptitude for technology and problem-solving.
  • Intermediate/Upper-Intermediate English.
  • Cloud networking and core networking experience is nice to have.
  • Experience with POC network designs is nice to have.
