Description

  • Lead architecture for frontend, mobile, and backend systems, including component design, rendering, state management, APIs, services, and data models.
  • Design and implement complex features using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and React Native.
  • Build Next.js API routes and Node.js backend services, including authentication, authorization, caching, and database access.
  • Document architectural decisions and communicate them to stakeholders.
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, and Node.js coding standards.
  • Own performance optimization, testing strategy, and CI/CD governance.
  • Ensure applications meet HIPAA, security, scalability, and high-availability requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of professional software development experience with primary frontend expertise.
  • Deep production experience with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  • Senior-level React Native and Expo mobile development experience.
  • Strong Node.js backend experience, including relational and document database design.
  • 10+ years of frontend and full-stack experience preferred.
  • Healthcare technology, health insurance, or regulated-industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with HL7 FHIR, X12, or NCPDP healthcare data standards preferred.
  • Experience with GraphQL Federation, tRPC, monorepo tooling, and relational/document schema design preferred.
  • Must reside in the Eastern or Central time zones, work remotely during 9–5 CST business hours, maintain a private dedicated workspace and secure company information, have high-speed internet, and attend a finalist interview at the Dallas headquarters.
