Description

  • Lead pre-sale through deployment activities for customer solutions and product rollouts.
  • Support pilots, trials, demos, proofs of concept, trade shows, events, and strategic installations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in the field, including repairs and replacements.
  • Perform scheduled software maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing service work on field units.
  • Conduct site surveys and develop concept of operations plans for deployments.
  • Create and submit proposals and support regional sales opportunities and quotas.
  • Train customer security teams, operational staff, and third-party service providers.
  • Coordinate logistics, timelines, and personnel for strategic deployments.
  • Collect customer feedback and share technical insights with engineering and product teams.
  • Complete administrative work orders, expenses, RMAs, and service documentation.

Requirements

  • Based in the United Kingdom.
  • 50-80% travel required, including nights, weekends, and holidays when customer needs require it.
  • Technical training completed within 45 days of start.
  • Ability to troubleshoot 75% of technical issues within 3 months.
  • Experience supporting field service, technical sales, or solution engineering work.
  • Ability to use wiring diagrams and schematics to diagnose problems.
  • Understanding of product capabilities, limitations, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience conducting POCs, demos, pilots, and site surveys.
  • Experience with SFDC and supporting opportunities through the solution/proposal and negotiation phases.
  • Knowledge of key EMEA verticals such as sports, entertainment, and tourism (preferred).
