Description

  • Lead client discovery sessions to define integration requirements, data flows, and system constraints.
  • Assess feasibility using HiBob APIs and third-party system requirements.
  • Define integration scope, assumptions, deliverables, and effort estimates with project stakeholders.
  • Design integration solutions covering data mapping, transformations, error handling, and reconciliation.
  • Select integration approaches using native connectors, middleware, custom APIs, or SFTP.
  • Build and configure integrations using HiBob REST APIs, middleware platforms, and custom scripts.
  • Develop and support SFTP integrations for payroll, benefits, and other business systems.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, mapping specifications, security requirements, testing criteria, and runbooks.
  • Perform unit, end-to-end, and UAT testing; deploy, validate, troubleshoot, and support integrations after launch.
  • Communicate project progress and risks, collaborate with internal teams, and support pre-sales activities when needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with HiBob REST APIs, including authentication, endpoints, rate limits, and data models.
  • Experience designing and implementing API integrations between HRIS/HCM platforms and payroll, ATS, benefits, or ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with an integration or middleware platform such as Make.com, Workato, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience writing and maintaining integration scripts in Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
  • Knowledge of SFTP data exchange, including PGP encryption and file format specifications.
  • Strong technical documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to independently manage integration projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Previous HiBob integration experience in consulting, implementation, or client-facing environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HiBob Payroll Connect, North American payroll platforms such as Paylocity, ADP, or Gusto, HiBob certification, or systems integrator experience (preferred).
