Description

  • Own end-to-end software delivery across the full SDLC, from ideation through production release.
  • Manage the complete technical delivery lifecycle across ideation, requirements, design, delivery, testing, and deployment.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, QA, and Sales to lock requirements and validate acceptance criteria before design begins.
  • Monitor project health and actively reallocate engineering and testing resources to keep critical path work on track.
  • Drive the Tech Delivery phase by unblocking engineering and enforcing testing, approval, and rejection gates.
  • Own the deployment pipeline, including beta releases, customer validation feedback loops, and final production deployment authorization.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on velocity, bottlenecks, resource utilization, and project risks.
  • Identify risks early and present actionable solutions to leadership.
  • Track release success metrics such as on-time delivery, defect reduction, committed scope delivered, and engineering throughput.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent career experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a technical project management role within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple technical projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile Scrum; CSM certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, particularly in SaaS products.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS architecture is preferred.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices is preferred.
  • Experience managing structured, stage-gate, or hybrid delivery models is a major plus.
  • Ability to understand technical designs and communicate effectively with engineering leads and architects.
