Description

  • Develop and evolve the Partnerships team charter to align with EverTrue + DonorSearch strategy, vision, and long-term growth goals.
  • Own partner renewal and growth strategies to strengthen long-term relationships and drive mutual success across technology partners, consultants, and resellers.
  • Ensure partners understand the full depth and breadth of EverTrue + DonorSearch solutions so they can confidently position, implement, and advocate for the technology with nonprofit clients.
  • Lead partner enablement and education efforts by equipping partner teams with the knowledge, resources, and context needed to succeed.
  • Continuously improve partnership processes and operating rhythms, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Client Success, Marketing, and Engineering to scale effectively.
  • Serve as a connector across internal teams by bringing partner insights forward to inform roadmap decisions, integration priorities, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Represent EverTrue + DonorSearch at industry conferences, partner events, and community gatherings to build trust, credibility, and visibility across the nonprofit ecosystem.
  • Foster a trusted partner community where partners feel supported, heard, and confident in the reliability and impact of EverTrue solutions.
  • Champion partnerships as a force multiplier for social good, aligning partner efforts to help nonprofits raise more and engage better.

Requirements

  • Proven executive-level communication and relationship-building with senior leaders at partner organizations, technology vendors, consultants, agencies, or resellers.
  • Track record of driving mutual growth through channel partnerships, including enablement, co-selling, and joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience owning partner renewal, growth, and long-term partner loyalty programs.
  • Strong understanding of nonprofit technology ecosystems and how data moves across platforms via APIs, integrations, and secure data connections.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit CRMs such as Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, or similar systems and the role of clean data in fundraising and engagement.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams, product leaders, and integration partners and to translate complex technical concepts into clear partner value.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in data, AI, automation, and analytics and how these capabilities impact nonprofit fundraising and advancement.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and leading through influence, collaboration, and cross-functional partnership.
