Description

  • Manage digital projects across website development and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, status calls, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, SEO specialists, content writers, and QA teams.
  • Guide projects through discovery, design, development, QA, launch, and post-launch optimization phases.
  • Review final website deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and client requests.
  • Maintain project documentation, track risks, blockers, and scope changes, and develop solutions proactively.
  • Monitor team workloads and project capacity to support efficient production operations.
  • Facilitate communication between sales, account management, production, and client teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
  • Track project performance metrics, deadlines, and deliverables and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital project management, web production, or agency operations.
  • Strong understanding of website development processes and digital marketing workflows.
  • Ability to explain SEO and paid media processes to non-technical stakeholders in simplified terms.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, WordPress, and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume digital marketing agency is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Experience with CRMs and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
