Description

Perform requirements analysis across the full project lifecycle from a business perspective.
Conduct hands-on software testing.
Prepare project and user documentation.
Deliver end-user training and helpdesk support for e-Government applications.
Communicate with clients in French.
Collaborate closely with internal development teams and clients on implementation and maintenance work.
Support application-related activities across software projects.

Requirements

University degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
Professional working knowledge of both English and French.
Professional experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or application support.
Strong analytical thinking skills with good presentation and collaboration abilities.
Motivated, communicative, and result-oriented personality.
Experience working in software implementation or maintenance projects.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients in French.
Interest in working on e-Government applications.
