Description

  • Perform requirements analysis across the full project lifecycle from a business perspective.
  • Conduct hands-on software testing.
  • Prepare project and user documentation.
  • Deliver end-user training and helpdesk support for e-Government applications.
  • Communicate with clients in French.
  • Collaborate closely with internal development teams and clients on implementation and maintenance work.
  • Support application-related activities across software projects.

Requirements

  • University degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Professional working knowledge of both English and French.
  • Professional experience in requirement analysis, software testing, or application support.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with good presentation and collaboration abilities.
  • Motivated, communicative, and result-oriented personality.
  • Experience working in software implementation or maintenance projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients in French.
  • Interest in working on e-Government applications.
