Description

  • Manage and execute European Commission-funded projects in information technologies and power systems engineering.
  • Prepare document deliverables and reports for R&D initiatives and business development activities.
  • Develop requirements, conceptual models, specifications, implementation plans, and integration plans for project outputs.
  • Contribute to the advancement of energy research and technology in Europe through collaborative project work.
  • Support work on integrated energy-sharing platforms, energy communities, energy protocols, architectures, and flexibility markets and services.
  • Participate in the design and creation of innovative products, services, and applications for energy data spaces, energy communities, and energy storage.
  • Support digital technology initiatives related to energy efficiency, sustainability, end-user engagement, motivation strategies, and investment planning.
  • Collaborate with diverse technical teams on projects funded by the European Commission and national research frameworks.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through technical documentation and project input.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, ICT, or Power Systems Engineering, preferably with an MSc or PhD.
  • At least 4 years of experience working directly with technical teams with a proven track record.
  • At least 2 years of experience in national and European research programs.
  • Experience in software design and development.
  • Experience with transmission/distribution networks and energy wholesale markets.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • Experience in designing Horizon Europe proposals and coordinating or implementing relevant projects is an asset.
