Description

  • Develop and execute data strategy and architecture aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures, models, and technical specifications.
  • Design and manage data models, metadata, lineage, and data catalogs.
  • Architect and integrate batch and real-time data pipelines across diverse sources and platforms.
  • Establish data governance, quality, security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Design and deploy scalable cloud and hybrid data platforms while optimizing performance and cost.
  • Implement data profiling, validation, cleansing, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data platforms, pipelines, and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists to deliver data solutions.
  • Lead architecture initiatives, mentor teams, and evaluate emerging data, cloud, big data, and AI technologies.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT or a related discipline and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in enterprise data architecture and platform assessment across BI, data, and integration environments.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with enterprise relational databases and data warehouses, including SQL analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data integration tools.
  • At least 2 years of experience applying conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling, including 3NF, Data Vault, and dimensional/star-schema approaches.
  • At least 1 year of experience with enterprise data, BI, or data warehouse migrations.
  • Experience with metadata and cataloging platforms such as Collibra, Alation, Azure Purview, or OpenLineage.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, or Amazon Redshift.
  • TOGAF, CDMP, DAMA-DMBoK, ISO data governance, or equivalent certification.
  • Excellent command of English.
