Description

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business needs, functional requirements, and business rules.
  • Support stakeholder consultations, requirements prioritization, and solution validation.
  • Assess business processes, identify gaps, and contribute to feasibility, impact, and risk analyses.
  • Analyze and model business processes and workflows using established modeling techniques.
  • Produce business and functional specifications.
  • Support backlog preparation and requirements traceability.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT and 9 years of relevant IT professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business needs, functional requirements, and business rules.
  • Experience analyzing and modeling business processes and workflows, including identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with BPMN business process modeling.
  • Hands-on experience with UML requirements and solution modeling.
  • Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience producing business and functional specifications, preparing backlogs, and maintaining requirements traceability.
  • Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and coordination activities.
  • At least one relevant certification, such as CCBA, CBAP, IIBA-AAC, PMI-PBA, CAP, CBATL, CBPP, CFLBA, or IREB CPRE.
  • Excellent command of English.
