Description

  • Lead stakeholder sessions to gather, analyze, and document operational requirements.
  • Define project scope, business objectives, and alignment with long-term operational strategy.
  • Create user stories and acceptance criteria, and validate delivered solutions against business needs.
  • Support performance-improvement initiatives through data analysis and trend evaluation.
  • Produce weekly reports covering performance, financials, and escalations.
  • Complete custom analyses for customer requests and evaluate appraiser and broker panel coverage.
  • Build business justifications for system enhancement requests.
  • Create dashboards and reports using Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Communicate analyses, data, and recommendations to senior leadership and CX stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and provide support or leadership across Clear Capital divisions as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Junior Analyst, QA Analyst, Data Analyst, Operations Associate, or in a similar role.
  • Experience supporting projects, documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong data analysis, analytical, critical-thinking, and business acumen skills.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft and Google tools.
  • P&L experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide project direction.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects autonomously.
  • Ability to adapt to change, work independently, and mentor or develop employees.

  • Base salary of $92,000–$115,000 annually, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
