Description

  • Engage potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and SMS.
  • Educate customers on Ethos products and processes.
  • Conduct discovery to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Build trust with customers to help drive monthly and quarterly conversion targets.
  • Partner with colleagues across sales, marketing, customer experience, and product to execute team and company goals.
  • Manage a pipeline of customers and follow up throughout the application and purchasing process.
  • Improve workflows and outreach strategies over time.
  • Drive referral activity by creating positive customer experiences.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in life insurance telesales.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent sales/CRM software.
  • Strong sales track record with the ability to overcome customer objections.
  • Preferred: bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to identify customer friction points and develop solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong phone presence.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong drive to win and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

  • US national on-target earnings range of $70,000-$200,000.
