Description

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, senior stakeholders, and key partners.
  • Align marketing objectives, market opportunities, and audience strategies across teams and accounts.
  • Represent the organization in high-level meetings and industry events.
  • Oversee strategic marketing campaigns across multiple verticals and markets.
  • Lead project phases including resource planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Define and execute enterprise-wide marketing strategy and long-term execution plans.
  • Analyze campaign and program data to inform strategy, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the development and execution of high-visibility multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing innovation, corporate initiatives, and collaboration with product development, advertising, and communications teams.
  • Improve customer segmentation, market intelligence, and customer engagement through data-driven initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience executing complex integrated and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage stakeholders at the highest levels.
  • Advanced problem-solving, strategic planning, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Occasional travel required, up to approximately 20%.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) experience (preferred).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, Pardot, and/or Salesforce (preferred).
  • Thorough knowledge of GIS/Esri products (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in enterprise data modeling and analysis methodologies (preferred).
  • Experience in social media strategy, digital content innovation, and marketing automation (preferred).
